Néveda goes to Middle-East

Néveda, a flower girl from Azores islands makes it to the Middle-East via book
It’s going to be in Doha, Qatar, at the WHSmith Bookshop that Néveda debuts in the Middle-East. Author Terry Costa will be available all-day long on thursday, february 13th, with readings planned every hour, at every one of the eight shops of the largest bookshop at Hamad International Airport.
Néveda, the character created by Terry Costa, and the new book "Néveda in Azores", began its tour outside Portugal ́s mountain island last December, after the world launch at AnimaPIX, the animation festival in Pico island.
The book is being embraced not only by portuguese but also english readers due to being a bilingual publication. It is a sweet story for the child in all of us illustrated beautifully by Vera Bettencourt. The simple style of the story and images, sometimes more complicated to execute, transcends all cultures and international barriers. Highly recommended for anyone that has ever pondered visiting the archipelago of islands in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, or for any dreamers that may not even know where they are located.
Published by MiratecArts, "Néveda in Azores" can also be found online at www.mirateca.com where more information and tour details are available.
