A Ronda da Madrugada foi fundada em 1998 e conta com 4 álbuns de originais (Rondas - 1999; Longa Viagem - 2003; Hoje - 2011; Vintena - 2018) e centenas de concertos. É uma banda com características talhadas para os concertos ao vivo, uma vez que a energia da sua música e músicos se espalha e contagia o público. A componente festiva, a raiz cultural dos Açores, especialmente da ilha de Santa Maria, o folk e o rock, culminam na fusão que a banda se orgulha de transmitir.
The band Ronda da Madrugada was founded in 1998 and has 4 original albuns: Rondas - 1999, Long Trip - 2003, Hoje - 2011, Vintena - 2018, and hundreds of concerts. The band´s characteristics are tailored to the live concerts, since the energy of its music and musicians spread and "infect" the public. The festive component, the cultural root of the Azores islands, especially the island of Santa Maria, folk and rock, culminate in the fusion that the band is proud to transmit.
