Completou o BA of Fine Arts no AR.CO em 1997, e trabalha regularmente em Portugal, Espanha, Inglaterra, Irlanda e Itália.
O trabalho da Sara está presente em coleções de Arte Contemporânea tais como Banco Privado, Berardo Collection, Caixa Geral de Depositos, Saaraga Leal, J.P.M.L, Luciano Benetton.
