Helena Pereira nasceu a 14 de maio de 1977, na ilha de S. Miguel, nos Açores. Desde da infância que vive envolvida pela magia atlântica de ser ilhéu. É licenciada em Biologia e Geologia e actualmente é professora de Ciências da Natureza. Para além da sua atividade profissional tem desenvolvido projetos que promovem o desenvolvimento integral do Ser. É autora e ilustradora do livro "Alquimia de uma alma" e coautora de Filhas da Terra e Recontando Histórias da Lusofonia.
Helena Pereira was born on May 14, 1977, in the island of São Miguel in the Azores. In communion with the essence of the island, since childhood she lives surrounded by the Atlantic magic of being islet. She has a degree in Biology and Geology and is currently a teacher of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. In addition to her professional activity she has developed projects that promote the integral development of Being. She is the author and illustrator of the book ""Alchemy of a soul".
